Terms of Service

Check the Terms of Service of ExamVue 365 Flow.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the conditions and procedures, rights and obligations, and other necessary matters between the member and JPI Healthcare Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in using the ExamVue 365 Flow service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of major terms used in these Terms of Service are as follows.

  • Homepage: Refers to the web-based ExamVue 365 Flow site (https://jpi365flow.com) operated by the Company.
  • Member: Refers to a user who has agreed to the terms of this site and provided personal information to register as a member, concluded a use contract with the site, and uses the site.
  • Use Contract: Refers to the contract concluded between the site and the member regarding the use of this site.
  • Member ID (hereinafter "ID"): Refers to a unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each member for member identification and member's use of the service.
  • Password: Refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to confirm that the member matches the assigned ID and to protect the member's rights and interests.
  • Operator: Refers to the operator who opens and operates the homepage on the service.
  • Post: Refers to various information forms of text, photos, videos, and links posted by the member on the service while using the service.
  • Termination (Withdrawal): Refers to the member canceling the use contract.

Article 3 (Rules other than Terms)

Matters not specified in these Terms of Service shall be governed by the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other related laws and commercial practices.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Use Contract)

  • The use contract is established by the operator's acceptance of the application for registration and agreement to the contents of these Terms of Service by the person who intends to use the site by registering as a member.
  • A person who intends to use the service by registering as a member indicates their intention to agree to these Terms of Service by reading these Terms of Service and selecting "I agree" below when applying for site registration.
  • Matters not specified in these Terms of Service shall be governed by related laws such as the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection", the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions", the "Telecommunications Business Act", and individual service use terms, use regulations, or detailed guidelines provided by the Company.

Article 5 (Application for Use)

  • To apply for membership registration and service use, you must agree to the terms of use on the membership registration screen or member information registration screen shown on the homepage and fill in the necessary information according to the membership registration application form provided by the Company.
  • Members who do not register their true information, such as stealing someone else's information or registering false information, cannot claim any rights related to the use of the site and may be punished according to related laws.

Article 6 (Privacy Policy)

The site and the operator do not have the password among the personal information provided when registering as a member, and matters related to this follow the site's privacy policy. The operator makes efforts to protect the member's personal information, including member registration information, as prescribed by related laws. The protection of the member's personal information is governed by related laws and the privacy policy set by the site. However, the operator is not responsible for any information exposed due to the member's fault. If a member registers or distributes illegal posts, such as posts that harm public morals or violate national security, the operator may view the member's data and submit the data to the relevant agency upon request from the relevant agency.

Article 7 (Obligations of the Operator)

  1. If the operator acknowledges that the opinions or complaints raised by the user member are justified, they must be processed as soon as possible. However, if prompt processing is difficult due to personal circumstances, the operator will do their best, such as notifying later or sending a message or email to the user member.
  2. The operator may request the site to repair or restore the facility without delay when a failure or loss occurs in the facility to provide a continuous and stable site. However, in the event of a natural disaster or unavoidable reasons for the site or the operator, the operation of the site may be temporarily suspended.

Article 8 (Obligations of the Member)

  1. Members must comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms of Service, various regulations set by the operator, notices and operating policies announced by the site, and related laws, and must not engage in acts that interfere with the business of the site or damage the reputation of the site.
  2. Members cannot transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status under the use contract to others without the explicit consent of the site, and cannot provide it as collateral.
  3. Users must pay considerable attention to the management of their ID and password, and cannot provide their ID to a third party for use without the consent of the operator or the site.
  4. Members must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the operator, the site, and third parties.

Article 9 (Provision of Service)

  1. The Company provides remote reading services to members.

Article 10 (Change of Service Contents)

If service contents are added or changed, necessary matters will be announced or notified to members.

Article 11 (Service Use Time and Restriction)

  1. In principle, the service is operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special business or technical problem. However, the service may be temporarily suspended at the time set by the Company for regular system inspection, expansion, and replacement, and in the case of temporary suspension of service due to scheduled work, it will be announced in advance through the homepage, etc. In addition, the service may be suspended due to fatal bugs, server equipment defects, communication failures, and other force majeure reasons that the Company cannot announce in advance.
  2. The Company may divide the service into specific ranges and separately designate the available time for each range. However, in this case, the contents will be announced.

Article 12 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)

  1. If a member violates the obligations of these Terms of Service or interferes with the normal operation of the service, the Company may gradually restrict the use of the service by warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, etc.
  2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Company may immediately permanently suspend use in cases of violating related laws, such as identity theft and payment theft in violation of the "Resident Registration Act", provision and operation interference of illegal programs in violation of the "Copyright Act" and "Computer Program Protection Act", illegal communication and hacking in violation of the "Information and Communications Network Act", distribution of malicious programs, and acts exceeding access rights. Upon permanent suspension under this paragraph, all benefits acquired through the use of the service will also expire, and the Company will not separately compensate for this.

Article 13 (Termination of Contract)

  1. Members can apply for termination of the use contract at any time through the management menu within the service, and the Company must process it immediately as prescribed by related laws.
  2. If a member terminates the contract, all data of the member will be destroyed immediately upon termination, except when the Company retains member information in accordance with related laws and the privacy policy.

Article 14 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is exempted from responsibility for providing the service if it cannot provide the service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
  2. The Company is not responsible for obstacles to service use caused by the member's fault.
  3. The Company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc., of the information, data, and facts posted by the member in relation to the service.
  4. The Company is exempted from responsibility if members trade with each other or with a third party through the service.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. Lawsuits filed between the Company and members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Lawsuits regarding disputes arising between the Company and members shall be based on the member's address at the time of filing, and if there is no address, it shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the residence. However, if the member's address or residence is not clear at the time of filing, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms of Service will be effective from January 18, 2026.
